How do I book a tutoring session?
Visit our booking page and select a tutor and time slot that works best for you. We'll send you a confirmation once your appointment is finalized.
What kind of help do you offer?
We provide one-on-one sessions for all writing needs, from brainstorming and outlining to editing and proofreading. We can also offer help to small groups.
Can I meet with a tutor online?
Not automatically. If you want to work with a tutor online or outside of normal Center hours, contact the tutor directly to try to set something up.Â
Do I need to have a whole draft to get help?
Nope! Even if you haven't started writing, we can help get your thoughts organized and develop a path forward. If you have a little, we. can start from there and build up. We help writers at any and every stage of the process.
Why can't I just use AI to help me?
Okay, look: no offense to AI, but it's not built to create original ideas or insightful analysis and it sure isn't designed to sound like you. What it is designed to do is tell you things are great when they're far from it. Even if you're using AI to help, we can help refine your ideas, improve your voice, and make writing a little less scary and a lot less tedious.
